This punch bag is worth every penny, so far I have used it only a few times but it holds up well when compared to all the other bags that I have used in the past!!! Make sure you have a strong anchor point to hang it from as it weights a little over 45Kg. I have already gone through one s Hook that was supposed to hold up to 50Kg whilst using this bag, but don't worry it was supplied by another seller! This bag comes with chains and swivel rings supplied so like I mentioned earlier you will need a good sturdy anchor point and hook to cope with this superb punch bag. My only concerns with this bag is the stitching, which due to the bags unique design looks like it may be the first area to break, BUT (and its a big but!) it hasn't so far and if the stitching is up to the same standard as the rest of the bags excellent quality then I doubt it ever will break!!!Punch Bag Triple UPPERCUT PRO + FREE BOXING DVD
